Characters must be aged 20+, but there is no ceiling. We’re looking for protagonists who have interesting careers in the corporate sector. They’re suddenly faced with that once-in-a-lifetime attraction to another high-powered professional.

The focus of the story should be the evolving romantic relationship with the external conflict emanating from a corporate situation. We need to feel the passion between the couple, while being made aware of the internal struggle they both experience.

Feel free to explore real-live situations such as the "office affair", "the unsuspecting client", the "age difference", or any other scenario you think would provide readers with an insight to romance in the corporate world in the new millennium.

We prefer the sexual interaction to be strong and fairly explicit, depending on the age and experience of your characters. Don’t be afraid to be innovative. We don’t care if the main sexual encounter takes place in the boardroom … or the bedroom.

The story outcome can be "this was just a hot fling", there can be a decision to progress the relationship further, or a permanent relationship could result. Ultimately, the caper must have a happy, positive, emotionally satisfying ending, even if the couple don’t end up together.
